Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 48 hours of placing an order.

 

How long will it take for me to receive a credit once I return an item?

We issue return credits within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse.

 

How do I report a damaged or defective product?

Please contact Moulinglaciere.com Online Customer Support at 022 – 23011873 /874 as soon as possible between the hours of 11AM-7PM IST Monday through Saturday (Closed Sunday & Bank Holidays) upon discovering any damage or defect with an item ordered online. All damages should be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

At the time of delivery kindly inspect the product thoroughly. If you are not satisfied, refuse the item before signing the delivery receipt. Be sure to report any product defects or damages with the delivery agent. Damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

 

May I return items to my local store?

Currently, as we don’t have any local stores the items purchased on Moulinglaciere.com cannot be returned to the stores.
